In collaboration with Intellecap under the Kenya Innovation & Entrepreneurship Project (KIEP), we provided comprehensive consultancy services aimed at supporting SME upgrading and fostering linkages to enhance business growth. Our services focused on equipping SMEs with the necessary tools andresources to improve their access to grants, mobilize funds, and enhance their overall competitiveness, productivity, and sustainability. This included conducting Business Diagnostic Services, developing tailored Implementation Plans, and assisting SMEs in securing financial support through grants and funding opportunities. By strengthening the operational and strategic capabilities of these SMEs, the project contributed to their long-term success and the creation of jobs, ultimately driving inclusive economic growth in the region.
